When using Adobe apps, most of the help and guidance you need is built right into the apps. For help specific to classroom use, check out the Adobe Education Exchange at edex.adobe.com. Just search for the product names, you’ll find tips, lesson plans, example use, and more.
To use you the Adobe apps, you must sign in or create an Adobe Creative Cloud account. Accounts are free. The requirement of having a login is Adobe's biggest classroom hurdle. It is possible to use one account on multiple iPads or use the same account on one iPad for multiple students.
